The New Focus is more economical and cleaner than ever with all the Focus 1.6-litre TDCi powered models now achieving sub-120g/km average CO2 emissions. The New Focus includes an all-new automated gearbox which provides seamless gear change with the benefits of lower CO2 emissions and a reduction in fuel consumption of approx 10%. In addition, the Deflation Detection System uses the ABS sensors to monitor individual wheel speeds. If wheels become under-inflated the system will inform the driver via a warning symbol in the instrument cluster. Fully inflated wheels ensure fuel economy and thus result in lower CO2 emissions. Add to all of that the legendary Focus strengths of driving dynamics, safety, affordability and five package-efficient bodystyles, and we believe the new Focus range is more compelling than ever.
